Pair of Large Antique Bronze and Iron Lanterns
About the Item
Pair of large lanterns with a mix of bronze, brass and iron.
Tapered lanterns surmounted by a flame echoing their past as gas lanterns. Have been wired for electricity but could be converted back to gas.
Curved glass. Bronze and brass has developed a natural rustic patina over time. The iron does show some rust and has been left as is, but could be touched up if desired.
These lanterns were intended to be wall mounted.
Early Regency style.
Measures: 46” height x 10” width x 15.5” depth.
