Italian Neoclassical Four Urn Giltwood Foliage Mirrored Wall Sconces, Circa 1780

About the Item

Italian Neoclassical set of four gilt carved wood and gesso two arm wall sconces with decorative foliage crosshatched beaded urns, flanking graduated bell flowers, central etched urns and foliage swag beaded mirrors, candle bobeche arms with scrolled gilt foliage medallions, and resting on rectangular fluted bases with graduated bell flower pendants. Mirrors retain the original glass and wood backing. Late 18th Century The set of four sconces are candle powered but can be electrified if desired.
