About the Item
A Brutalist gilt wrought iron sunburst flushmount or light fixture from the Brutalist period, France, 1950s.
It has a frosted glass diffuser in the centre and a double layer of iron nails decoration. It was finished with gold leaf gilding and it retains a nice aged patina.
It can be used as ceiling flushmount or wall light. Beautiful placed alone but also interesting as a part of a wall composition with other sunburst lights.
Measures: 30 cm diameter x 8 cm height (11.81 in diameter x 3.14 in height).
