Large Spanish Gilt Metal Crown Ceiling Fixture

About the Item

This large Spanish 1950s gilt metal ceiling fixture features a sweeping crown array of alternating long and short leaves surrounding a circular frame with a braided border that holds the frosted glass center. The beautiful hand applied rich gold patina is original. It measures 16 inches in diameter and 4 inches in height and comes with a matching canopy and chain as seen in the photos. It was recently wired for two candelabra bulbs, but can be rewired to accommodate larger bulbs as well. In very good vintage condition, this elegant gilt fixture is the ideal accent piece in a variety of interiors.
