1960's Brass Sputnik Floor Lamp
About the Item
Unusual 1960's vintage sputnik floor lamp of all brass construction featuring a 28" high grand bouquet of ten arms in two lengths emanating from a 4" spherical cluster hub atop a 44" long tubular brass pole mounted on a 10" round brass covered cast iron base.
3-Way switch on sphere hub controls the shorter arms (19") with the lower lights, the longer arms (24") with the higher lights, then all lights on together.
Displays mid-century Finnish design influences but probably American made.
Rewired. Takes candelabra size bulbs up to 60 watts each.
