About the Item

Great condition and timeless antique alabaster chandelier. Thanks to its good size, its deep bowl shape and its timeless design this alabaster chandelier is bound to light up both your days and evenings. It is in very good condition from top to bottom and the thunderstroke-like black veins that are evenly spread across this wonderful shade contrast even more when the light is switched on. Also, because the already beautiful marble-like alabaster then turns into a full moon-like white. What makes this shade even more amazing are the more translucent white veins and patches, they create patterns and colors that only Mother Nature is capable of creating. Even if we shot a hundred photos, you still would not be able to see the true beauty of this shade and its unique patterns. In real life this wonderful antique light is even more special to look at. You can again take our word for it. Structurally it also is perfect, because this alabaster shade rings like a bell when you strike it and the beautiful surface is polished to perfection. The replacement matt black chain and the perfect, blackened brass and height adjustable canopy are like the icing on the cake of this work of lighting art. This alabaster pendant is rewired to the highest standard for safe and immediate usage in the USA as well and it will easily take a 120 watt bulb (in our photos we used a 70 watt bulb). The black threaded wire perfectly complements the entire black and white design of this light too. Thanks to the hook inside the canopy safely mounting this timeless pendant tight to your ceiling (and over your junction box) should take no more than two minutes either. In other words, this striking alabaster light is great value for money.
