Murano Round Art Glass and Brass Midcentury Chandeliers and Pendant, 1970
About the Item
Very elegant Murano chandelier in art glass and brass; note the workmanship of the beautiful dove-colored plate.
Round shaped, formed by a large metal structure, where Murano colored glass plates are all around. The plates are fixed with brass screws. The plates are of a different color, (gold and dove color), and of different sizes, combined one after the other. In addition, the glass plates have a polished brass insert in the central part. In the lower part the chandelier has some sanded glass segments. The chandelier is attached to the ceiling by a brass barrel with a polished brass cup at the end.
Excellent construction, both in proportion and size and in the combination of colors, with the final touch of polished brass for the finishes. The object is very beautiful and elegant. It also looks very well lit, as you can see from the photos. The chandelier is not single but more than one. We specify the price for the single though. In perfect condition.
