Italian Crystal Six-Light Chandelier w/Gilt Armature, Mid 20th C.

About the Item

An Italian six-light crystal chandelier from the early to mid 20th century. This antique chandelier from Italy features a scrolling gold-toned armature which is adorn with a crystals and draped in Italian glass bead swags. Six upwardly-scrolling arms create a circular shaped and support petal-shaped iron bobèches with candle sleeves at their tips. A carved finial anchors the lower portion of the chandelier and has a lovely bronze/gold color. The lights have been rewired for the US and comes with a complimentary 3-foot chain and canopy painted to match. This early to mid 20th century Italian crystal chandelier is nicely proportioned at just shy of three feet diameter and just over three feet in height.
