About the Item

A beautiful Italian 19th century Louis XVI st. mecca, polychrome and pressed metal, six arm chandelier. The chandelier is centered by a finely carved and most decorative foliate inverted finial. The central fut displays a lovely baluster shape accented with large richly carved acanthus leaves. Each scrolled arm has a fine decorative sphere and lovely foliate candle cups with pressed metal bobeches. All suspended from the original link chain. * Shades are shown for display purposes only.
