Italian 19th Century Louis XV St. Giltwood, Crystal and Etched Glass Chandelier

About the Item

A stunning Italian 19th century Louis XV st. giltwood, crystal and ox blood red etched glass six arm chandelier. The chandelier is centered by an elegant cut crystal ball below a striking and most decorative ox blood red glass dome with etched foliate designs. The glass dome is surrounded by a fine carved foliate band decorated with prism shaped crystal pendants. Each 'S' scrolled arm displays decorative foliate designs and floral candle cups. Leading up to the giltwood canopy are six chains each displaying lovely giltwood balls and fine crystal reserves. * Shades are shown for display purposes only.
