1950s Brass Chandelier with White and Transparent Murano Glasses by Franco Luce
About the Item
Beautiful large 1950s brass chandelier with white to transparent Murano glasses.
Designed by Franco Luce. Made in Italy.
Six long, transparent white glasses, curved in the shape of a flower petal.
Each glass is unique. That is why there are slight differences to be seen.
The frame, the rod and the canopy are made entirely of brass.
Very high quality lamp for a great charming lighting for every room.
All six glasses are in very good condition with no damage,
only one glass has a very little chip at the top of the end.
See last picture: There you can see the damaged glass with an intact glass as a comparison.
In the 60-70 years the frame of the lamp got a beautiful brass patina.
The brass became nice and dark and a bit dull and in some places it slightly became green oxidized.
This is how a vintage lamp should look and not be polished off it's character.
With original brass frame, canopy and sockets.
All arms can move freely. Six E27 sockets.
Suitable for all living areas and very decorative.
100% original condition and fully functional. All parts complete.
Works with 220V and 110V. Cabling suitable for all countries.
