Mid-Century Modern, sterling silver combination ruler or letter opener, The Thomas Company, Attleboro, Mass, circa 1950s. Retailed at Neiman Marcus. Measures: Ruler is 8 1/2 inches long (and is marked for 6 inches of measurement) x 1 inch wide x 1/4 inches high. One end turns upward for easy handling. 1.290 troy ounces. Dark spots in photos are reflections. Excellent condition.
