Antique Art Deco Gorham Large Oval Sterling Silver Serving Tray
About the Item
This antique presentation oval serving tray was made by the Gorham Company of the United States in approximately 1920 and done in the period Art Deco style. This heavy and substantial tray is composed of sterling silver with stepped raised sides with inset handles. The tray is monogrammed in the center with a capital "M" in script, with the years "1911 - 1936". We presume this was a presentation tray of some form, but have no provenance.
