Baccarat Tray With A Star Shape Cut Crystal And Silver Strapping XIXth Century

About the Item

An elegant French XIXth century Baccarat crystal tray with depth and round shapes, mounted with a silver strapping. This rare Baccarat tray displays a star shape cut in the crystal of the bottom. The four sides of the tray are made in a convex shape, a rare delicate form. The sterling silver strapping also has a feminine undulating shape all around the tray. It is hallmarked for silver and the silversmith. It is in a fair condition for its age with many scratches and small dents on the silver but remains a beautiful piece.
