Printed decoration, signed F.L and F. Leger respectively. Marked Porcelaine Apilco France Editions S.E.A.L exclusivity Musée F. Leger Biot. French painter, sculptor and designer Fernand Leger, was heavily influenced by modern Industrial technology and Cubism. Leger developed “machine art,” which is a style characterized by monumental mechanistic forms rendered in bold colors. Along with Pablo Picasso and Georges Braque, Léger crafted idiosyncratic methods of depicting three-dimensional objects in pictorial space. Some wear. Partly decor losses.
