Salviati, Blown Glass Cup with Lid - Murano, early 20th century

Salviati Cup with lid Murano, early 20th century h. cm. 33 Extraordinary blown glass bowl with lid, a reproduction of the famous sugar bowl made by Antonio Salviati in 1865. Crystal body with blue murrine; side sockets in the guise of colored dragons and moeca lion on the front; lid with top socket molded in the shape of a realistically rendered pear. Great quality item, in perfect condition, worthy of primary collection. This work has not yet obtained a certificate of free export from Italy from the Cultural Heritage Superintendence. Normally the times for issuing certificates are 40 days from the date of the appointment: The new legislation in force from 2021 provides for shorter times at the discretion of the expert commission for declared amounts of less than € 13,500.
