Pair 19th Century French Empire Period Gilt Bronze and Marble Vases

About the Item

Pair of antique French Empire period gilt bronze campana form vases, each 13 3/4 by 6 7/8 inches, circa 1810, with flared neck with gadrooned bronze rim, decorated with Bacchic putti and fauns and acanthus leaves, mounted on square rouge marble plinths with stepped bronze feet and mounted with griffins in triangular cartouches.
