About the Item
A large and unusual striking Italian Murano sommerso art glass vase with facet cut edges by Alessandro Mandruzzato dating from around 1960/70. This exceptional and heavily made square shaped clear glass vase has a bright red centre with a yellow halo and has four oval cut facets down each corner. The unusual vase is a scarce and very stylish piece. The base is polished flat and is not marked.
In excellent condition with minimal signs of wear.
