About the Item

This pair of 19th-century red painted and gilt tole jardinieres on a faux marble stand exudes timeless elegance and charm. Crafted from tole painted metal, they boast intricate designs adorned with gilt bronze cupids, delicately perched on four gilt bronze paw feet for added sophistication. The lower bases feature faux marble painted metal, adding a touch of opulence to the ensemble. Each jardiniere comes with copper inserts, showcasing attention to detail and practicality. Despite the passage of time, they bear signs of their age with a patina of rust and loss of paint decoration, adding character and a sense of history.
