Lidded Vessels by Maurice Grossman

Monumental carved and slip decorated stoneware vessels with winged lids by the influential American ceramist Maurice Grossman (1927 - 2010). From his private collection, the larger of the pair measures 29.75" tall x 18.5" wide x 5.25" deep while the smaller measures 17.5" tall x 14.75 wide x 5.25" deep.
