Three Decorative Wood Batons, Indonesia, Mid-20th Century

About the Item

Three wooden batons, hand-carved in Indonesia, late 20th Century. Two of the batons are made in two-tone Suar wood, dark at the lower part, and lighter on the top part, ending in a delicately carved sitting man. The third baton is made out of teak, with a man figure in a headdress, carved out of bone. The three batons are mounted on specially made black metal stands, for a total height of 29, 27 and 26.5 inches respectively. The base of each stand measures 4" x 4". Each baton is sold separately. Price is per item.
