Art Deco Spelter Figurine of a Swimmer, c1930
About the Item
For your consideration is this very attractive and original Art Deco cold painted Spelter figurine of a swimmer, holding a large plume in her outstretched hand and a draped shawl/ towel over her other arm. She stands an impressive 13 inches high including the Onyx base. She's in very good vintage condition and free from any damage, just shows the normal age related marks to a period piece, nothing unsightly or noteworthy. She has no makers marks but she is well modelled and beautifully and skillfully detailed. She's a great size too and will fit in perfectly within any period or modern setting.
