Early circa 19th Century Hand-carved Wooden Two Tier Continuous Frame

About the Item

This intricate two-tier frame was created in the early to mid 19th century. Made from hand carved wood with intricate cut-outs, this extraordinary frame was then built up into the most stunning designs using gilded plaster over top of the solid wood frame. Extremely rare design and surface composition makes this a truly unique and breathtaking frame.
