A set of Dutch silver photo frames by Gebr. Niekerk, B. Dijkstra, Groningen, 1915
A set of Dutch silver oval photo frames with decorated decorations. Left and right a scene of a boy and a girl. On top two birds between floral decor.
The silver frames are Dutch silver hallmarked. The first is the Dutch "Lion 2" for 835/000 purity of silver. The Minerva head with letter E (Assayer's mark) for the City Groningen. The Year Letter "F" for the Year is made 1915 and the last one is the Master sign for by Gebr. Niekerk, B. Dijkstra, Groningen (used between 1902-1927)
Inner dimensions of the Oval size are 13 cm x 10 cm. The silver frame falls slightly over the photo. The measurement is 17.3 cm high, 13 cm wide and the dept with stand is 14 cm. The weight total is 336 grams
