Antique Hand-Painted Faience Wall Clock from Rouen is a charming decorative item, hand-painted in natural earth tones yet with a vibrant combination of colors that will brighten any room! Cast in porcelain then hand-painted to accentuate the stylized shell and foliate motifs, it features a Rococo design that hugs the wall yet projects out just enough to provide a three dimensional effect, with wildflowers painted around the dial and all around the sides for visual appeal from any angle. Artisans from Rouen have been delighting the world with their intriguingly unique designs for centuries, and the ceramic businesses continue to flourish in the region even today.
