About the Item

A pair of Italian giltwood candlesticks from the 1500’s. This impressive hand-carved pair of candlesticks have stayed together for over 400 years. Gold and silver gilt is found on the front of the candlesticks to save money, the back is painted. Patina consistent with age and use, be sure to view the detailed images to see the current condition.
