Mid Century Ceramic Candle Holder, Marked - Austria ca. 1950

About the Item

Extraordinary mid century ceramic candle holder from the period around 1950 in Austria. This out of the ordinary designed candle holder impresses with its amazing looking shape and the beautiful colored "flowing" glaze with turquoise/ blue/ orange/ white and yellow tones. The unusual form of this two-candlestick holder with a opening in the middle, makes it look like the arms (on two different levels) have been twisted. A truly eye-catching, above all super special example of a mid century ceramic candle holder, coming in perfect original condition. This vintage ceramic candle holder is marked on the bottom but unfortunately it is unknown to us.
