The brass on the Nut itself is exquisite as seen in the pictures. The coco de mer is rare double lobe nut from the Seychelles Islands with mystical properties. Made into a luxurious tea caddy. In May 1794 Seychelles surrendered to Britain 1811 it became a permanent British colony.
