About the Item
Design Modern and precious coating merge in this box shaped like a small trunk that opens to show cigarettes, or playing cards, or even favorite jewelry.
Part of the exclusive Galucharme collection designed and handcrafted by Nino Basso, the trunk is made of polished metal covered all around in genuine shagreen leather, also known as galuchat, in the elegant shade of pink .
A fascinating skin composed of a myriad of bead-like grains, much used in furniture of Art Deco-style furniture and art objects from the 1920s-30s.
With the will to enhancing decorative resources again of this fascinating skin, Nino Basso, after patient research recovered many secrets of his processing and devised new furniture items modern design, which are part of the exclusive Galucharme collection.
