About the Item
One of a kind black and red teardrop shaped Murano glass bowl or ashtray. Attributed to Alfredo Barbini, Italy, 1950s.
This outstanding decorative bowl features a sensual tear drop form with red glass at the interior part covered with black glass at the exterior part. It has air bubbles and gold flecks giving to the interior a glossy effect.
Beautiful to use as rings bowl, videpoche, small candy dish or ashtray. Also interesting to place as a part of a composition with other Murano glass pieces.
