Belgian Copper Metal Bin or Umbrella Stand
About the Item
A large metal bin from Belgium. Perhaps once used for grains, but wonderful as a bin to hold fire wood, kindling, Umbrellas or in the right kitchen for waste at the end of your counter... multi purpose. On most of our pieces with a wonderful aged patinated surface we don't polish - this piece could take on a new and very different presence if polished.
The base is metal and looks not to be copper.
The Repousse image of a gargoyle will bring safety and good luck.
