The ultimate thigh-high boot, they pull all the way to the waist so there's no chance of a "wardrobe malfunction." Vintage opaque spandex leggings with attached block heel shoes; elasticized waistband and gusseted crotch. Pull-on style with no closures of any kind. material: lycra spandex noteworthy: spot clean with damp rag repairs: completely remade leggings with new spandex and elastic; shoes original condition: good with slight color/sheen inconsistency between legs and shoes; sole and exterior heel wear consistent with about three wearings.
