1969 Gunne Sax Eclectic Horseman Printed Cotton Dress
About the Item
Late 1960s (1969; Black label) Gunne Sax cotton prairie dress/cottage dress featuring an "Eclectic Horseman" print in tones of blue, lavender, mustard, and indigo. The bodice of the dress is fitted with a plunging neckline accompanied by large billowed bishop sleeves constructed with wide zippered cuffs. The full skirt is tired with wide ruffles, pleats, and features the horseman print along the boarder hem. The neckline, waist, and cuffs are adorned with a novelty bric-a-brack trim that accent the edges of the garment and the necktie on the neckline. The dress is unlined cotton and has a zip-back closure.
