Beautiful people, lush gardens and stylish interiors ... Vogue's Book of Houses, Gardens, People, published by Viking Press in 1968, offers an insider's view of fascinating people and their surroundings. The photographs are provided by Horst P. Horst known for his fashion and interiors photography usually capturing portraits of interesting pop culture figures throughout the early and mid 20th century. The 195 pages of this hardbound edition features a look into the private world of everyone from Doris Duke to Cy Twombly and Emilio Pucci as well as the Duke of Windsor ... just to name a few. CONDITION The book is in good previously owned and used condition with signs of wear and soiling to the binding and paper dust jacket. The interior front flap of the dust jacket has been clipped to remove the original price tag. There is some yellowing to the front pages and edges. It does not look brand new but has all the character of a much loved read. MEASUREMENTS The book measures 13" tall x 9.75" wide x 1" deep.
