Established in 2015 by designer Whitney Walker, Farrington Lane is an Austin, Texas based residential design studio creating curated interiors that honor the past and speak to the present. Whitney deftly weaves each clients' treasured possessions into new functional spaces that are rich with color and pattern, original art, antiques, modern elements and a dash of the unexpected. When based in Los Angeles, Whitney worked on One Kings Lane's Tastemaker Tag Sale team and launched Farrington Lane as a side hustle, selling vintage and antique furniture and accessories online. A subsequent move to Austin and later Charleston, South Carolina opened up new opportunities for Whitney, as she worked with Bay Hill Design, designer Angie Hranowsky, and at the Fritz Porter Design Collective showroom. These experiences set Whitney up for success when she transitioned Farrington Lane from online shop to design studio. In a sea of "modern hill country" design, Farrington Lane's dynamic interiors stand out as rich and layered as her clients' lives.
