After studying business, Richter moved to New York City where she studied at 
The New York School of Interior Design with a focus on decorative arts and collectible design.   Her passion for building beautiful interiors that cultivate the personalities and cultures of her clients shines through on her diverse projects.  Through a love of personal travel, one often sees a worldly approach to her interiors that are a collection of both antiques and contemporary design.  Her French heritage influences her perspective on living with classical architectural details alongside modern furnishings and contemporary art.  

The calm of textural neutrals as well as the vitality of color are a thread throughout Richter’s work.  Whether it is laboring over the perfect shade of white, studying her client’s closets for the shades that make them shine, or reflecting the exterior views inside, Richter uses color as a primary medium.

Richter approaches each project as a story and directs what we see, feel and touch as a means of being transported. Each space is a distinct experience created with the intent to surprise. Through her mix of luxury exotic finishes, custom furnishings and interior architecture Richter creates one-of-a-kind spaces as strikingly unique as her clients.
