Videre Licet Furniture
Launched in 2014, Videre Licet is a collaboration between artist and designer, Daniele Albright and designer and curator, Stefan Lawrence. Based in Los Angeles, they intersect practises of art and design and describe their work as conceptual glamor, bridging a wide range of California references from Hollywood glamor to minimalist sculpture to 1970s experimentalism.
Designed using contemporary technologies, but crafted entirely by hand, their collection includes functional pieces, as well as sculptural works produced in limited editions. The New York Times has called their collection daring, glamorous and a touch tongue-in-cheek, while The Wall Street Journal says it exemplifies the push-me-pull-you tension between minimalism and materiality that defines luxury design.

This set of coffee and cocktail tables are about as gorgeous and luxurious as it gets. Designed in 2015 by Videre Licet, this grouping of coffee and cocktail tables is called "Mushroom City" because the tables feature an almost organic design of a grouping of smaller round tables all together a-la Mushroom City.
This grouping of coffee and cocktail tables were designed with 1970's high style glamour in mind and are a wonderful alternative to the basic singular coffee table-- really breaking up the space and drawing the eye in to the design.
This set of 5 coffee and cocktail tables are in the more luxurious, custom Patina Bronze finish, and two of the taller cocktail tables feature both the patinated bronze tops, as well as custom Calacatta Gold Borghini tops that have felt bottom lining so as to not scratch the bronze below.
Having a design organic in nature, this set of coffee tables looks incredible paired with both organically curved sofas and more contemporary boxier designs like the BB Italia Camaleonda sofa.
