Pierre Frey “Budapest” in Carmine Carved Velvet 22" Down-Filled Pillows - a Pair
By La Maison Pierre Frey
Located in Winder, GA
Magnificent carved velvet with a dominant linen pattern of Hungarian stitch, characteristic of the 17th century. Fabulous woven pattern. For those interested, A Hungarian stitch is one of the oldest needlepoint techniques and employs three long stitches combined with two shorter ones to deliver, roughly, a diamond-shaped result. Shades of rose, red, green, yellow….very intricate in carved velvet. The end pattern gives a Missoni-inspired reinvented flame stitch of sorts. As an aside, this is by far the most costly fabric in my inventory. I feel somewhat compelled (but not too much) to apologize for the pricing. But recently through an odd set of events, I found myself in a factory on the border of Belgium and France. Pierre Frey fabrics (and some being crafted for The Orient Express) were on their looms and I was captivated. Pricey…for sure…..worth it…no question. This listing is for a pair of plush down-filled pillows. They will be crafted using Pierre Frey Budapest...

By Rute Martins, Greenapple, La Maison Pierre Frey
Located in Lisboa, PT
Vitória Lounge Chair, Contemporary Collection, Handcrafted in Portugal - Europe by Greenapple. Designed by Rute Martins, the Vitória Lounge Chair draws its inspiration from the elegant shape of the letter V. The creative process involved sketching the letter V repeatedly, refining it until it embodied both the sophistication and comfort envisioned for a lounge chair. The name "Vitória," meaning "victory" in Portuguese, celebrates the achievement of this final piece, perfectly aligned with Rute's original vision. Each line and curve of the Vitória Lounge Chair reflects the journey from concept to creation, resulting in a piece that combines elegance with luxurious comfort. Photorealist Art French Farmhouse Kitchen in Custom Whitewash Frame
By La Maison Pierre Frey
Located in Fort Lauderdale, FL
Photorealism digital print artwork from salvaged wallpaper by La Maison Pierre Frey called "Ouefs A La Coque", which translates to "Boiled Eggs". The wallpaper print was derived from an original still life painting which beautifully captures every element of the subject matter so realistically, it gives the illusion of being a photograph. The subject matter is focused on the magnificent open cupboard of a French country farmhouse kitchen, featuring an array of cups and saucers, stacked plates, serving dishes, and baking molds, adorned with occasional fresh meringue and a few hard boiled eggs. Framed in a custom hand-painted wood frame with an antique whitewash...
