A fine 19th Century French Neoclassical White Marble and Gilded Bronze Mantel Clock Set with its original and exceptional movement. Bears the makers mark, Finot a Versailles. The dial supporting a reclining bronze classical muse on a rectangular white Carrara marble base decorated by a row of gilt bronze beads, the set rests on four feet. The cross in the hand of the bronze muse can be removed (see photos).

Large, Louis XV style wall clock in gilt bronze. It is richly decorated with foliage and cascades of flowers that are sculpted with deep lines. A sculpted bird sits atop the bountiful ornamentation of this piece. The enameled, white clock face marks the hours with Roman numerals and the minutes with Arabic numerals, and the clock hands are sculpted, openwork gilt bronze. The clockwork, from Paris, is set in a bronze casing from the Napoleon III period. Pendulum clockwork has been cleaned, serviced, and is in working condition.
