Quarrel is an original etching on paper realized by Edouard Rosotte (1827-?) after Nicola Poussin.
Signed on the plate on the lower right.
Witten on the left; Nicolas Poussin (after).
Good conditions, except for some folding and ripping along the margins which do not affect the image.
The artwork represents a quarrel scenery, surprising crowd through soft and delicate strokes at the fighting of the men on the right part of the image. well-defined silhouette and chiaroscuro in masterly narrative visual artwork.
