French fashion photographer JULIETTE JOURDAIN is recognized for her very powerful artistic and personal vision of portraits. Her aptitude for staging has been honored with the 2nd PICTO Prize for Young Fashion Photography and Fisheye X Guerlain Prize in Paris, in 2015. The same year, she also exhibited in Rencontres Internationales de la Photographie, in Arles (France), which was the beginning of her career. Juliette Jourdain’s personal artistic work focuses on the Big Headed project: one day, one self-portrait. Day#1 was shot in April 2014. The collection is now over 250 self-portraits and still in progress. Juliette Jourdain was born in Fontainebleau. She works and lives in Nantes, France.
