About the Item
Contemporary acrylic on canvas abstract landscape by Polish artist Sergiusz Powalka. Painting is inspired by a view on Black Caterpillar Pond in Tatra Mountains. Painting is part of a tryptich, however each piece can be a separate artwork (every part of tryptich has signature) and is sold as that. Last photo shows all painting together.
SERGIUSZ POWALKA (born 1986)
A graduate of the Art High School in Lublin and the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk, where in 2011 he graduated from the painting studio of prof. Mieczysław Olszewski and an annex in the workshop graphics workshop of prof. Aliny Jackiewicz-Kaczmarek.
He practices drawing, easel painting, writing icons and graphic arts.
The artist's works have been exhibited at numerous individual and collective exhibitions.

FRAME
The artwork is not framed. One of the photos presented a visualisation of the frame.
SHIPMENT
The painting may arrive rolled in a strong tube or a box. Such a transport method is very safe for oversized works and provides lower shipping costs as well. Rolled works can be easily stretched by placing canvas onto wood stretcher bars and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival.
