Gorgeous vintage oil on canvas southwestern landscape painting by Leyette Edens (American, 1920-2001). Presented in a giltwood frame. Signed lower right "L. Edens." Image, 16"H x 21"L.
Edens' work reflects her native New Mexico ranch life and the nearby Mescalero Apache Reservations. Exhibited in Prescott, Arizona at the George Phippens Memorial Invitational, at the Western Art Gallery in Albuquerque, and at the Gallery in Palm Springs; and she has won numerous awards for her work.
