Wonderful mid-century impressionistic landscape of Ogden, Utah mountain foothills by Grace H. Peterson (American, 20th Century), 1944. Signed and dated lower left corner and on verso. Unframed. Image size: 38"H x 42"W.
Grace Peterson was born in Pleasant Grove, Utah and became a regular exhibitor of her art work with American University of Women and Ogden Fine Arts Club. She studied oil painting privately under George Schroeder (American, 1865-1935) and LeConte Stewart (American, 1891-1990).
