Gabriel Casarrubios Martín (1953) The Toledo artist trained in Fine Arts in Madrid, at the San Fernando Faculty and at the UCM. In the work of Gabriel Casarrubios the colorful impressionist landscapes stand out and, on the other hand, the acrylic paintings of geometric figures. It has belonged to the Canati group since it was formed in 1991, after an exhibition focused on landscaping. The painter has participated in numerous exhibitions and competitions, both nationally and internationally. Gabriel Casarrubios' handling of light and color is reminiscent of Sorolla.
