Colin Halliday was born in Cumbria in 1964. Halliday is a highly respected contemporary landscape painter, influenced by the Romantic traditions of Turner and Constable. His collectors include Oscar-Winning Helen Mirren and other Hollywood Actors such as Owen Teale and Adrian Lester. With extensive exhibitions across England, Colin Halliday is emerging as one of the most dedicated and prolific painters of his era.
