About the Item
My artwork "Woman in a Red Blouse" is part of my ongoing series dedicated to celebrating the essence of women. In this painting, I aim to capture a tranquil moment where a woman is absorbed in her thoughts, comfortably resting on her couch. This scene embodies a deep sense of peace, inviting her to dream and momentarily step away from the challenges that life presents.
The artwork is rendered in an impressionist style, infused with elements of brut art and expressionism. I have chosen a vibrant palette and employed dynamic brushstrokes to convey intense emotions and a feeling of movement, creating a visual experience that resonates with the viewer.
This series is particularly meaningful to me, as it mirrors my own journey of transformation as both an artist and a woman. Each piece reflects the evolution of my perspective and a richer understanding of my own strengths and vulnerabilities. Through these portrayals of women, I delve into the many dimensions of my identity—embracing sensitivity, sensuality, openness, courage, and determination.
Crafted with oil paints on exquisite Italian Fabriano paper, this original artwork is a unique creation, signed on the front and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. It is sold unframed, allowing you the opportunity to select a frame that aligns with your personal aesthetic. To inspire you, I have included images of the painting displayed in various settings.
I assure you that your painting will be meticulously packaged in a sturdy cardboard box, secured with layers of bubble wrap to guarantee its safe delivery. Please keep in mind that there may be slight variations in color between the actual painting and what you see on your screen, due to differences in camera and monitor settings.

Natalya is a contemporary artist from Lyon, France. She was born and grew up in Kazakhstan, the country known for its spacious steppes and low mountains. She arrived in France 2003. Since that moment she loves her adoptive country. She started painting in 2017 and used it as a therapeutic and emotional release during times of crisis when she was struggling with radical life changes. She incorporates this therapeutic approach in her artistic creative process till now. Several years ago painting became more than a hobby. It became a way of expressing her emotions and visions, a successive reaction to events of either personal or general concern. Her artist statement: “ I paint as it’s a necessity for my soul to express itself. Being creative for me is overcoming the restrictions. My art is a piece of my soul. I hope my art inspires reflection, provides a release and forms connection at other people’s souls”. She has developed her own vision of art through practicing a lot. She makes use of varying degrees of figuration, abstraction and impressionism by adding a contemporary twist. Abstract art for her is an interesting challenge for understanding inner feelings, a self-expression based on an intuitive approach. In figurative art her main subject remains women. Her artworks representing women contain the raw emotions of women. She also communicates the importance and the power of strong female relationships: “Women are enriched when they bond with each other”. She works in series: among them are "Heart-mind connection" of abstract artworks, "Women", "Bond", "Florals", "Springtime"... She uses various mediums ( acrylic, oil, watercolor, oil pastels) to create her unique artworks either on canvas or on paper. But she mainly uses acrylic as she works very quickly and expressively by finishing her artwork in one sitting. If Natalya had to pick one quote about her art, she would say : " Art is the reflection of the soul". Natalya goes with her gut and intuition to choose the colors, the lines, the shapes and the texture. She hopes her artworks will give a home a unique personality by filling it with life and color. Her sources of inspirations are Claude Monet, Paul Cezanne, Henri Matisse, George-Daniel de Monfreid, Paul Gauguin. She also admires the artworks of Joan Mitchell and Banksy.

Urbex is the English acronym for urban exploration and is an activity that consists of searching for and locating abandoned infrastructure with the goal of visiting, photographing and conveying its contents, with particular involvement of methodologies from geography, anthropology, sociology to cultural studies.
Her works have been in the past approached to the works of Anselm Kiefer (b. 1945) and Giovanni Battista Piranesi (1720-1770), but in Gullotta's paintings the absence of color makes the spaces particularly ethereal, allowing them to be ideally lifted to new places and to new life.
An artist of international caliber who has decided to entrust her return to her homeland to Almach Art Gallery in Milan, while maintaining connections with important galleries, such as Marlborough Fine Art in London and Galerie Koch in Hanover.
