"Above Shark Harbor" by Jane Hunt (United States) is an original, handmade oil painting that depicts an coastal landscape.
After moving to the US as a teenager, Jane Hunt studied illustration at the Cleveland Institute of Art. She continued her art education by experiencing art communities in France, England, Indonesia and China while studying various painting techniques.
The award-winning painter now resides in Colorado, where she continues to be awed and inspired by the natural beauty surrounding her. Drawn to the sweeping landscapes of the west, Hunt works primarily in oils, often creating smaller pieces en plein air. Her hope is that her paintings evoke a sense of ‘home’ in her viewers; a place to rest.
Jane Hunt’s work is represented by galleries in the US, as well as her native England.

Moroney was born on the 14th of February 1949 in South London. Of Anglo Irish parentage, his father was typical of his generation and worried about Ken’s artistic temperament which he viewed as effeminate. As a result, Ken took up boxing and won a gold medal for South London in his teens. His art continued to flourish with his trademark striking use of color. His main medium oils and he favors romantic subjects of Edwardian times. Ken has traveled extensively and spent 2 years working for major galleries in New York. The Royal Academy nominated him in 1976 as being one of the few promising young artists to emerge this century: "Ken Moroney has considerable talent, any painting purchased now can only be seen as a sound long term investment."
Ken Moroney's work now hangs in many important collections and has had paintings exhibited at The Royal Academy (London), and the Kline Galleries (Canada).
