About the Item

" Lifelines" 17.5"x17.5" acrylic work by Rostom. Very live colorfully painting on board. This work published one of ROSTOM book titled " Lifetime Memories" on page 149. Signed lower left on board. Certificate of authenticity is included. ROSTOM (1932-2013) architect, painter, sculptor “His descriptions of the psyche, of wonder, of silence and light, and time, when taken out of the context, become descriptions of his own existence.” - Zareh Arevshatian, Los Angeles based scholar. He was very much loved and honored by family, friends, students, and colleagues. He was a visionary artist, a caring teacher, who was both modest and genuine. He fostered creativity in those under his tutelage. He never forgot his roots, hence his wish to help children and their educations.
