This abstract piece, created using the acrylic pouring technique, blends vibrant magenta, blue, and green hues. "U" shapes dominate the piece, recurring throughout the negative and positive spaces. Black cells form organic shapes that give a visual sense of fluidity. The joyful colors contribute to the overall lively and upbeat feel of the artwork.

About the Artist
Artist Linda McCord works with most two-dimensional mediums and creates fluid art using transparent layers. Embracing both a methodical and flexible approach, she delves into the scientific aspects of the process, incorporating mathematical concepts rather than emotions. "Composition and color schemes are my primary focus," says Linda. She managed her own gallery for a decade while also imparting her knowledge of painting and printmaking in college classes. Linda's dedication and self-taught journey have led to numerous awards for her work. She diligently spends eight hours a day, five days to six a week, in her spacious and paint-covered studio next to her home. In her spare time, Linda enjoys crafting Nuno felt hats, searching for reference materials, and marketing her creations.
